Extremely rude to me on the phone, refused to look at a rear wheel that was missing a spoke on the basis that I already owned a spare wheel, which I didn’t buy through him.
The spare wheel is irrelevant (I mentioned it in passing, it doesn’t affect the job whatsoever), and I had it before knowing about Freemans cycles. Un-​fair isn’t really the word, quite bizarre actually.
They hung up on me as I was mid-​sentence.
