The AC adapter/charger for my laptop stopped working on Tuesday night. I phoned Norwich Computers on Wednesday morning and a very helpful young man asked me to bring in the old adapter and the laptop for inspection. I went in later that morning and he carried out some tests which showed that the old adapter had died and he found me a replacement from stock. I was very impressed with his efficiency and courtesy. I will certainly use this company again and can recommend them unreservedly.
