My appointment to choose reading glasses and sunglasses at 1pm on June 9th was incredibly professional with a wonderful lady who went out of her way to help me. Thanking her and the rest of the team for making it a safe and pleasant visit.

Made an appointment to see the optician but when I turned up they told me that their system had not registered me! They then refused to see me as they were very busy and did not have a gap in their clinic! Went down the road in the end, and got a proper sight test done from a professional outfit.
