Really kitchy and homey tapas bar in the hockley area of Nottingham. Its location is unassuming but don’t let it fool you. The tapas were really great especially the albidongas or spicy meatballs. The menu is very affordable and the place is small so it gets busy really easily. However what I liked most about this tiny place was that it just served nice food and didn’t try to be uppity or too much of a scene. It can get loud during full service and that puts some limit on conversation, but you don’t have to worry because you will be stuffing your face with delicious tapas. The chorizo pâté is also something you must try.

A great tapas bar, food here is always great, and cheap too! The staff vary from very friendly to not so friendly, but never actually rude. You can’t book a table for less than 4 people, but waiting at the bar gives you plenty of opportunity to try the cocktails or beers. Sagres on tap is definitely recommended.
