Staff are next to useless .
After queuing for ages to sort a problem with a itouch and they said they would have to test it would take an hour. Went round town for hour came back queued for ages again got to till, We still not done it, come back in hour Staff just pi*s about behind counter manager seems to not give a sh*t.

Cex are a store that buy and sell second hand items. From DVD’s and CD’s to televisions, mobile phones, MP3 players etc.
I have found the staff to be quite pushy at times, they dont like to give you very much for your items. There can be a bargain or two to find, but generally most their items are overprices.

CEX buy and sell second hand electrical items such as mobile phones, MP3 players and consoles as well as computer games and DVDs. It’s a good way of making some money on old mobiles and other items without the hassle of selling through places such as Ebay. They give a decent price for items but sell them on with quite a high profit added on. The store itself is not the most pleasant, it’s quite stuffy and dull. The staff can also be quite rude, they can be patronising and I’ve seen them laughing at customers. I wouldn’t go to CEX often but it’s useful if you want to sell something pretty quickly and without too much hassle.

For buying pre-owned games this is undoubtedly the place to go. With classic PS2 games from as little as £3 you can stock up on quality titles with many hours play time to reap. On the other hand, i would not recommend trading in as the amount you receive is less than you could using other avenues. From a buyers perspective though, brilliant.
