I had a particular relationship with my office chair. It had been in the family for some time and it was reliably comfortable but was past its best years. Instead of biting the bullet and replace it, I contacted Tan at Designer Workshop where Steve worked wonders reupholstering it and giving it a new lease of life in a fabric that I chose. The workmanship was great and the turnaround time was outstanding — and they delivered it to me up here in Glasgow!, I cannot fault them in any way. From a customer perspective, there are a lot of companies that could learn something from these guys. and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone
