Midlands Limos

Terrible service all round. Look elsewhere to book your car, these guys are unprofessional.
I hired Midlands Limos on my wedding day to provide a Hummer Limo service for the day.
During the trip, especially in the evening, the electronics in the passenger cabin of the vehicle where myself and my guests were sitting, completely failed. What was promised on the website about the vehicle and it’s features failed to materialize.
The driver either didn’t know how to turn the system on or the electronics were faulty. This resulted in me and my guests being left to ride back in the dark and were very cold as not only the lights were out, but so was the heating. The driver stopped the vehicle for 5 – 10 minutes on our journey to try and solve the issue but he was unable to — not only embarrassing, but also delaying the entire trip.
I visited the office in Nottingham a few days later to complain but was told someone would get back to me having left my number. I waited a few weeks but they didn’t get back to me.
I then e-​mailed them to complain to say that some of the features promised in the advertisement for the hummer limo were not working including the heating, lighting, music and entertainment and they should refund some of the cost due to this breach of service on their part.
They have not disputed that the electronics etc were not working at that time and tried to say that I did not know how to use it which is incorrect as even the driver admitted there was a fault. They have refused to refund any costs of the service.
They also must use an out-​dated GPS because the driver did not know where he was going at all. Instead, I had to pull out my smartphone and put the GPS on to navigate him as he had got lost.
