Toys ‘R’ Us

ordered a lego set on express delivery. Chased them the next day to confirm it had shipped, they said no, due to an error. They then said would I still like the order or a full refund. I opted for a refund as I found somewhere else who could deliver next day (for less!). They said the refund would take up to 14 business days - who needs 3 weeks??! but there you go. Here I am over a month later and still no refund and they don't give any useful answers by email. Seriously, the place is a joke. All I want is my money back that you have taken.

Toys R Us. Love it or hate it, it simply cannot be beaten locally in terms of the sheer range of merchandise that it carries. In terms of general ambience, though, it feels like a warehouse and is most definitely lacking in the personal touch. Call me old fashioned, but I much preferred the experience of toy shopping at Skills or Fords back in the day. Sadly, the world has changed, and retail behemoths such as Toys R Us reign supreme. Prices are often high compared to other stores, so you could always employ the tactic of browsing in Toys R Us first, then purchasing the item (s) elsewhere.

There is a huge amount of toys and there is lots of toys to test in the outdoor section. Great layout, always great shop for christmas presnts. The prices are also reasonible.

It’s a big brand name — you expect a certain level of staff help, store layout simplicity, facilities. It just doesn’t measure up I’m afraid.
It has a large selection of toys. Toys ‘R’ them It also has a quite useful baby section with cots, sheets, etc.
The toys seem to be laid out with almost no rhyme or reason to my mind. I can never find the section that I need to be in at the first attempt — and usually, I have a small child with me, so I think that time is important.
The trolleys aren’t very good — they don’t all have straps to hold your child in — This is a store which should accommodate children better than most.
They work on minimum staff seemingly, so there’s never one when you want to ask for help.

Whatever toys your children are into you can always find something for them here. They stock a massive range of games, toys, bikes etc for all age ranges. It can get quite busy especially at the checkouts.

Situated in Riverside Park, Toys R Us is not the easiest store to get to. Although public transport is available and stops fairly close by, those who wish to do a fair bit of shopping would probably require the use of a car or a taxi.
The store itself is huge and seems to go on and on. The kids absolutely love it here, although I have to be careful not to bring them too often as it takes so long to get back out! From bicycles, to TVs to prams, Toys R Us is definitely a must visit store around Christmas time.

this store has pretty much any toy or game your looking for they have really good sales and offers too its a great place to take the kids to spend their birthday or pocket money.
