Its so easy to write about this place seeming as I go every week to get new books to read and of course check out the gallery, s new stuff Exhibitions, they have some rather peculiar objects very much like Miniature bouncing castles, weird ‚ They have one section very old stuff theme being what we did at the sea side years ago punch and Judy looking very battered, scares me gosh to think they still do those There is of course the libuary to which have computers for you to use if your a libuary card holder, you can take books out to read at home hence why I go I do at lot of reading ‚ You can also enrol on courses, education, improve your skills, ‚ Research and information can be got here they also have gift shop There’s a café to if you need refreshments, can also use the machine ones to, beware though it doesn’t give change ‚ This now has machines(they are everywhere), to check in and out your books ‚. Much as I enjoy visiting here I always think they could do more ‚ Saturday’s are catered for the younger ones they have the little cinema, and other such events during school holidays, well I think I’ve droned on enough now so on this note I say go and have a gander,

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Oldham, United Kingdom
Gallery Oldham is a relatively new building and is very architecturally interesting, with strong emphasis on the aesthetics and some superb ‘mad scientist’ style lighting features in the reception entrance, giant bubbling test tubes of colour and light, suspended in mid air. The exhibitions here vary seasonally and often have a strong local influence, so there’s often lost of information about the history of Oldham as a working town, and insight into the lives of past generations. While there is a heavy focus on the past, this is balanced out by some more modern pieces and the overall modern feel of the building. It’s very welcoming with good access and a good quality library. Parking in Oldham is rather expensive though, with restrictions heavily enforced.
