Pizza Hut

This pizza hut is not as good as some of the others that I ve tried
The place is OK as pizza places go but I am not in to all the do it your self business so it was a bit of a let down for me personally
The younger generation will lap it up I’ve no doubt
They do as like most of their pizza huts serve pizzas lol
They have a counter to get your own cold drinks Pepsi colas etc
The place wasn’t all that busy at the time I was here but it wasn’t to bad I just kept my meal simple as it was a warm day
I hoped to get a look at some of the other things on the menu but guess what every one ordered pretty much the same pizza. Pizza
Still it was nice enough I sorry to say I won’t be coming again its much to much for me but good for sharing with the kids lol
Don’t be put off by my saying I’m not coming again ‚
Its just not for me, you and your company will enjoy a pizza or two huts,

I went to this Pizza Hut, while in the area, I upgraded this store in my last review and now I seriously can’t name a valid reason why I shouldn’t shoot them down. The new additions to the menu excited me, so I made the choice to visit today only to realise barely anything on the new menu is GF and they is still no Gluten Free sides!!!
The resturant was like a party, I know I always complain about loud music but here it was so bad, I was complaining to other customers and they aggreed, the staff were very cheeky and when I was raising my voice, expressing my concerns they just make it louder.
It was so hard to concentrate and hear myself think here, fellow customers aggred. It was just so loud, so bad that I had to nip into Nandos while I waited for my food.
They was a long wait, which I felt was quite poor for fast food.
I originally asked if their chips were gluten free, I was told no and shown the dietary book by a member of staff.
Despite this happening, I found the staff to be rude, arrogant and lazy.
My Pizza was quite poor, as I lifted it up things were coming off it, hard, unedible pieces, I guess were from the pizza. Also, it was burnt in some parts and simply awful. I wish I would of just got a meal at Nandos, instead of just the fries.
They is so many choices at this retail park for food with the likes of KFC, Nandos, Frankie and Bennies and Mcdonalds, 3 of the named resturants sell Gluten Free food, so I feel Pizza Hut just forgets all these nearby competitiors, and this experience was just awful.
When I asked my server to cut my pizza, he took quite a while considering he still left them in large quarter slices.
I struggled to find a car space here, for an area shared by 2 popular chains in Nandos and Pizza Hut, they really isn’t enough parking space and I did have to wait about 5 – 10 minutes to get one, the rest of the retail park are roads away and the nearest parking space, would of saw me crossing multiple roads in the whole retail complex and my pizza go cold by the time I get to my car. This is also stupid, they know how popular both resturants are so it is simple, they is more parking especially for disabled people, as they must of been only 3 spaces for both resturants, and we all know people like to mis-​use them especially when they isn’t another spot in sight.
I have been to this branch a few times now, even for a 2 course meal and they was rarely any flaws but I don’t know if they is a new manager but this is one of the fastest downfalls for a big chain like this, I have seen in just a few months.
To continue with the postives, they was a nice poster on the wall, explaining about Pizza Hut and when it opened its first stores, I have uploaded a shot of this onto Unilocal so you can see it as well.
I feel 1 star is more than fair for this place, honestly the music was far too loud and when I complained, they just make it louder, I even chatted with other customers who aggreed, the food was just losy and careless, the staff could show more care by lowering the music and socializing with the customer. Something laugable is that they was rarely any people in the resturant, and even half the volume would of been extreme for all that, I can’t see anyone wanting to eat in this environment. The music which I could hear going to Nando’s, food quality, waiting time and staff are the main reason for a 4 star rating to go to 1 and a reason why, I will be avoiding this branch of Pizza Hut at all costs.

Pizza Hut have really come on a long way over the last few years!
The one at Central Park in chadderton has been there for well over 10years now and has had a few makeovers! Soon as I walked in with my friend we where both pleasantly shocked at how such a make over could improve the ambience! Greeted by a young girl who seated us asked is what we wanted to drink and then told us that it’s now self serve! I was in my element! (Doesn’t take much) after self serving myself with cherry Pepsi our pizza came not long after ordering! We opted for the large stuffed crust Cajun Spicy Chicken! We managed to cram it all in and I still wanted more! Whilst here it looked like the takeaway part of the restaurant was busy!
Pizza Hut has really come on a long way in it’s time! The staff on the night where very pally with you, as if they where actually dining with you, some folk like that kinda thing others don’t. Personally I didn’t and we had some good banter… Until!!! — I asked if they accepted NHS discount with a valid I. D badge, they didn’t. Put that’s just a perk I like to use now and again. It won’t stop me from going back tho!

Its a Generic Pizza Hut.
Same outlay as any other chain you have been too. Same menu.
Staff are nice and i i’ve never had a bad experience food wise or staff wise.

great take away, restaurant service slow

I live 10 minuets away from here so I have been here about 8 times in the past year. I think this is probably one of the best Pizza Huts I have been to. The food is always fresh, the staff always sit you straight away and the food always comes really quick no matter how busy it is. I would seriously recommend this pizza hut to anyone. It is in Elk mill retail park so its great if you fancy some shopping before or after you have eaten. Every time I go head I always order the 12 nice meat feast — never share it though!!! its that nice.
