A very basic shop. I’ve bought earrings from here in the past and they’ve been fine. However, we recently popped in to look at wedding rings and rapidly wished we hadn’t.
The disinterested salesperson appeared to know nothing as she couldn’t answer any questions about the size, profile or weight of the rings and continually mentioned prices with a sneer, pushing cheaper rings at us. I think she mentioned the separate «ordering in» fee of between £5 and £10 per ring three times which I found offensive in itself, let alone her tone. We left feeling rather uncomfortable and I certainly won’t return.
