Dropped in on a long distance tandem tour with a loose A-​head set. Got instant help and a spare part from a very friendly guy — all for free! Highly recommendable service and good experience of British hospitality.

I’d really love for this local business to be a winner but really find the service and attitude to be so poor that I end up using it as a last resort. Don’t carry a great deal of stock but can source stuff quickly and do keenly price what they sell Jan 2012 update. I have changed stars rating as very much improved customer service and attitude and now worth 4 stars rather than previous 2 !
