Being a BBC bar, it’s not open to everyone. BBC staff and guests only. But if you’re good, I’ll sign you in.
A nice place to come for a reasonably priced drink and some decent nosh. Comfy booths too. Oh and did I mention the staff? Lovely, lovely people. :)

Food is good. People are chatty and it is pretty much an after work/​event place for BBC people. The location is so close to BBC and also central.
The venue is dark and very noisy but very warm.

Gosh, our little BBC staff bar can be reviewed on Unilocal.The staff are lovely and make the place such a friendly spot to while away the evening. They even let us pick the last few songs to end the night on as last orders kicked in, how nice is that?
As a venue its not as cosy as the staff bar in the basement of the old BBC building at Bush House. Maybe they need a fish tank here just like that old place. However the décor has a much warmer feel than it use to have, so well done to the team on the refurb.
It probably would seem a bit weird here if you aren’t staff. But it is a really convienient to have space off the busy streets of central London for a tipple and the odd staff party. A bit of a warning you can’t get in if you aren’t with a BBC pass holder or a BBC club member.
