My experience with Boots Opticians has been one of endless irritation. The staff at this location are friendly and willing to make things as pleasant as possible, but the product is far from good.
A day after receiving my new glasses, I discovered that the frames were actually broken. This may or not have been due to the case not being the correct one for that frame. It wouldn’t even close. I went back and they were able to replace the frames with the display set. I was fine with that, despite the fact that they c
