I used this firm to undertake the legal work when purchasing my first house. It was a few years ago, and although I had heard of this firm, I had no idea about them in general. The first time I went to their offices was an eye opener! It is located on a farm. A real working farm. You arrive in your car, get out, walk through the muddy stables, smelling of the dung and other farm niceties, and them find the door leading to the little office. It is fairly cramped, and very old fashioned. To be honest, I did wonder about it, and questioned whether I should change. However, conveyancing is probably run of the mill stuff for a solicitor, so I stuck with it and things went through well. Using him as a solicitor for something more complex, probably not. But that is not to say I do not believe it would be performed well, but I go more for modern things in life.
