Fantasically friendly staff and they give great service. You can tell that they really do care about their customers. If my experience is anything to go by, I will have no hesitation in recommending Monarch to anyone.

Monarch Automotive is a automotive garage that was formerly the Perkins Service Garage, which was sold off to Monarch.
The staff who work there are much the same as when it was part of Perkins.
The garage is a trustworthy one, where in my experience, they only do the work you ask them to do or they will tell you if something needs doing and then you decide.
Their customer service is good and the folks there have a good telephone manner.
Perhaps not the most convenient location, it is still worth goping to for trustworthy mechanics who charge adecent rate. A few main dealers could learn from this place.
I just hope they keep this good standard up.
