Good dealer facilities; coffee while you wait and they’ll deliver and collect you from your place of work for servicing etc.
I’ve had a few bad experiences with them. They forgot to order a crucial part once, they don’t always ring back promptly and once I was charged more than £40 more than the estimate for a small piece of work.
