Number 17 Burgate

I booked this as a birthday suprise for my partner. All pre contact was
done by email. I was offered, and took them up on, the offer of flowers,
champagne waiting in the room. I found it a very efficient and
reassuring service giving me nothing to worry about before our arrival.
On the day we were greeted by Will and Pat and made very welcome. Our
room was very nice with a simply amazing super king size bed with lots
of nice touches such as jelly beans in a bowl.
On returning from a
meal out we were told to just help ourselves at the bar and write down
what we had. I found this trust very touching. As it was we were joined
by Mein Hosts and their pet dog and cat and enjoyed their company
greatly. A very charming couple.
Breakfast on the Saturday was great, with good quality ingredients. We shall definitely be back and commend it to anyone
