brilliant for cheap cards and wrapping paper etc. the staff are sometimes abrupt and unfriendly but its great for christmas nik naks at a very reasonable price for a great selection.

Much more than a card shop, Bitz contains toys galore for a bargain price. We often go in here for stocking fillers and party toys. There’s always a cue, with only one or two staff on tils per shift, so you can expect a wait. They also do pik n mix! I’ve never taken an item back that I have bought, so I don’t know what the refund situation is like, but if it’s anything like the rest of the experience you’ll have, it’s probably fine. I’ve bought a good few things here, and never had a problem with quality or durability, so I think that should speak for itself.
