This is a rock bar, not a posh venue. It’s no place to pontificate over red wine, it’s where you drink beer and rock out to some great live bands. The Owner Nick has been crafting this place into somewhere you can go to see some proper live entertainment, and it’s the best place to do that between Abergavenny and Newport. There’s shows going on all the time and the content varies a lot. I suggest you find a band you like on their facebook events and go watch them here. It’s intimate and filled with genuine, interested, real people.
