Having just moved into the area I was keen to sample some of the local real ale and wasn’t disappointed. The Friday night that I went, it was a bit stag party rowdy but there were three real ales on hand which made up for it. The Hop Back Summer Lightening was especially good. The beer garden is massive, good for families and there is a good covered outdoor area for smokers. All in all a good pub.
