I placed my first order with stone audio (I have know about them via friends and internet searches) for a speaker source switch box (Speaker Craft SL-​One) and power supply. They were both prompt and courteous with all communications.
When a problem did arise regarding sourcing stock for the power supply needed for the switch box they kept me in the loop at all times and even offered to ship the two items separately or have the power supply shipped from their supplier direct to me.
When I was able to source a power supply locally they happily shipped the switch box and refunded me the cost of the power supply. The did not complain, delay or give excuses and were at all times professional and willing to help.
I can fully recommend them and would buy from them again.
