My 2^nd favorite Indian restaurant in Poole; my first being the one just a few doors down. The food is already good. Staff are friendly. A good thing is that they also deliver. I recommend that you try both Taj Mahal 2 and Tandoori Night because they are the best in Poole.

My partner and visit the Taj about every 6 weeks, and haven’t had a bad meal yet. They will do their utmost to seat you which any other time than the summer isn’t too much of an issue. Well worth going early or booking a table in the summer though! Very friendly and proffesional staff. Highly recommended!

I went here last week for a curry with some friends. The food was very nice and presented in a traditional Indian style. The price of food and drinks was very reasonable for the amount that was recieved. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice.
