I used to love going into the body shop but now I find the staff very pushy and pounce on you straight away when all you want to do is browse. The store manager is especially pushy and is constantly trying to get customers to buy more and people haven’t got enough money these days.

I used to love their smelly potions and lotions and soaps.
The shop is quite small and laid out vey clinically. The staff seem a bit indifferent.
Their stuff is good, no doubt about it, but I’m thoroughly converted to Lush.
The prices here are quite high for what you get, and, oh, all that packaging.
