And it started so well. Very friendly on the phone which is why we chose them. Just as nice and friendly when they turned up to service the spa. They even came nice and early before I had to go to work. So far so good very impressed. After the service we ordered a new spa cover and were told a delivery time of 3 – 4 weeks. No problem we didn’t really need the cover for a couple of months anyway. Now things went wrong. Firstly the new seals fitted to the spa pump leaked the same day they were fitted. It was pretty evident they were the wrong size. Thankfully we were still left with the old ones so we put them back in problem solved, just hassle. 3 – 4 weeks came and went. 2 months came and went no sign of the spa cover. All the time we had to constantly chase up but phone calls wouldn’t get returned. Phone calls were ignored(I know this because I used a different phone and it was answered immediately). I had to go in to the store in person twice to challenge them a 20 mile round trip. They finally offered to lend one until the one we ordered arrived but even that didn’t fit properly and was therefore next to useless given that the whole idea of a spa cover is to trap heat. When 3 months passed I called and asked for a refund and was refused(I paid up front with cash). Exasperated, I got on the phone to Trading Standards at this point I couldn’t believe the service I was getting. and then it arrived. Well over 3 months from the date of order and well passed the deadline we needed it by for a garden party. Awful, awful service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is hidden away opposite the back of B and Q and looks like a factory block. Inside there is a good display of about six /eight hot tubs of various sizes. The staff are friendly and explain all about them simply. They will arange a site visit and do the complete installation. These are not cheap but are the best tubs around.
