I had the pleasure of having Magic Man come and repair my bath and a cabinet following my recent Homebase bathroom installation.
When the bath was unwrapped from the warehouse there were some deep ingrained blue marks around the lip and shelf that the installer could not get out or deal with, despite their best efforts.
Homebase were very good and offered to send Magic Man with their compliments. They even said if I was not completely happy with the repair they would take the bath out and order us a new one.
The next day I had a phone call from Magic Man HQ and they wanted to get a technician out the day after as a priority booking which was great!
The day after a very polite and helpful technician called Tom rung an hour before the allotted booking time and checked the appointment was still ok. He arrived early and cracked on with the job.
He spent quite some time looking at the marks and if he could spot any others. He also took photos and submitted a report.
He worked right on thru for the 4 hours he was here and kept me updated. He worked tirelessly and the end results are fantastic. You cannot see or feel the marks on the bath anymore. The finish is literally that good I would struggle to tell you where they were originally.
The oak cabinet that was damaged by the builders was also taken care of. Filled and colour matched to complete perfection. Again you cannot see where the damage once was.
I’d never heard of Magic Man before but their website has been saved in my internet bookmarks for future reference. I’ve praised them to so many friends and family already. I am going to get them back to repair some damage to a kitchen worktop that was there when we moved in.
Magic Man are great and come recommended without hesitation. You can’t help but be impressed with the workmanship and end result. Thank you guys.
