Caffe Uno

Good place with nice food served in satisfactory time at decent prices. Only reason this does not get 5 stars is because they have now stopped doing draught beer — (only bottled now), which spoils the places appeal slightly, as I like a ‘proper’ beer with my dinner! If the lack of draught beer doesn’t bother you though, then consider Café Uno 5 stars!

Depending on the day you go, depends on how good the food is. People are nice and helpful to help you choice you dinner. The view at the front of the resurant is great however if you are at the back then not.

Caffe Uno is a national chain so if you’ve been to one before you’ll be familiar with this one.
The scenery is probably some of the most impressive you’ll see from a caffe uno anywhere — the seating is upstairs with a patio area outside if the weather’s good. The restaurant looks out over Port Solent /​the boardwalk and it’s vast array of yachts.
They’ve just introduced the new season’s menu. If you go to their website you can get join their loyalty club and get 15% off your bill.
The pizza I had was very good but they neglected to give a knife sharp enough to cut it, or offer pepper.
If you have Tesco vouchers then you can spend clubcard deals vouchers here — effectively paying a quarter of the price — which can’t be bad.
