A really nice Bollington brewery pub which apparently serves something delicious called Eastern Knights. Lots of seating, board games and gently buzzing but not packed on a Friday night. They don’t do food but there are lots of good options nearby (e.g. Tom Yam).
UPDATE: they also have prosecco on tap (wahey!) and excitedly informed me they now do cocktails. In fact this turned out to be just one cocktail, a flirtini, which when researched by delightful bartender I was informed involved strawberry liqueur. I found it extremely charming that Ladies’ Drinks in this pub are being developed in this adorable way. I can just imagine the discussion — ladies like strawberries! this is perfect! It actually is.
