A really good HMV store. They have music downstairs and then a upstairs floor full of DVDs. Accessories too, plus some vinyl. A really good selection across all genres. The sales are often pretty good too.

This is a really good HMV and is what you’d expect from Preston now with its new ‘city’ status. With two large floors there is everything available and more. CDS, DVDs, entertainment equipment, books, board games, calendars and all the games consoles and games.
Located on Fishergate at the centre of Prestons shopping area and just outside the main shopping centre it is easy to find too.
You are able to pay for items on both the first and second floor and the staff are very quick at checking-​out items, queues have never been too long when i’ve been here. They also have sales and various offers on a regular basis.
