I had used Click a number of years back and wanted to get some family photos updated so decided to use them again.
I had changed my appointment a number of times and they were very accommodating. Once there, Simon was very hospitable and made us all feel at ease. We chatted briefly before the photo shoot which was made to be fun and engaging.
After the shoot we were able to review the pictures and choose from a selection of products.
Even before receiving the pictures Simon put together a slide show for us to view and email to friends and relatives.
I now have the pictures which I must we are super impressed with. Click really did get the best out of us and I now have some fantastic pictures that will be the centre piece on our lounge wall! Highly recommended.

Went to the Click Studio in Radlett recently and same as above it was a complete nightmare
As soon as you we walked in the door we were interrogated by the incredibly false photographer on what pictures we wanted and how much we wanted to spend.
Once he realized we were not about to spend £600−700 our children were rushed into the studio for a 5 minute shoot without any offer for us the parents to actually watch
Then mum and dad were asked to join the group for about four pictures and dad was verbally abused in front of whole family for some bizarre reason, this confirmed our decision that we wouldn’t be spending any money with this man.
We were then taken upstairs to view the pictures on a large screen, where again we were rushed as the photographer really couldn’t wait to get rid of us. The actual photos were rubbish and we both said afterwards that we have taken better pictures on our i-​phones than this so called professional
We all left feeling thoroughly depressed and had to go straight to a toy shop to try and cheer our kids up as they had been looking forward to it all day.
We left feeling relieved that we didn’t agree to spend any extra money here as I dont think the pictures would have been any good anyway.
We have used many photographers over the years and have never experienced anything quite like this
