I’ve given it 4 stars as there’s always room for improvement. I’m a self confessed coffee-hound and found that AMT beats the likes of Starbucks, Costa and Nero hands down. My personal favourites are the latte and Maya with cream.

Mmmm… coffee. AMT has three, count ‘em, three, kiosks in the station. One in the main arcade by the information booth, one on the footbridge and one on one of the platforms. It doesn’t seem logical to split them into separate ‘businesses’ on Unilocal,since the coffee, the layout and display and everything else is exactly the same.
I mentioned the Palomino my earlier review — two shots of espresso with foamed milk — and it’s now my beverage of choice. It’s served in a small three ounce cup, which I think is perfect. No wasted calories or headache, just straight to the caffeine boost. Paired with a ‘pain au chocolate’ (aka «chocolate croissant»), it hits the major food groups (chocolate, coffee and pastry) together. For £3, a fantastic deal for breakfast when I was too lazy to eat at home. Love it, love it, love it!
