Bride To Be

Unfortunately my experience with the store has been less than satisfactory. The store itself is lacking the chic style which is portrayed on the website. There isn't a private changing room area, and you are very open and vulnerable to other people seeing you in the dress or conversations with your nearest and dearest.

The staff are engaging and have a lot of knowledge of the outfits on the market, however the pricing is higher than the average store and the customer service following the purchase is less than adequate, and doesn't allow for this higher price tag. Additionally, the terms and conditions are ambiguous and the owner will change his mind as and when suits them, they were happy to add in some freebies, but only if it suits them.

Please avoid this shop, so many other wedding dress shops out there deliver a much more unique, personable and enjoyable experience of dress shopping, without the "pushing" style of selling where they are desperate for you to buy.

sadly had a terrible experience when attending a bridesmaids dress try on. very impersonal. lots of other people in view of fittings -( male customers also) making for an uncomfortable and awkward environment for what was supposed to be a happy special experience. Despite having a booking, this store was disorganised and staff assistant very unhelpful. small size range of dresses available to try on, and she came accross as judgemental of body shapes and sizes. offered no suggestions or ideas of how or what other dress styles would perhaps look better. very abrupt and forceful in attempt to make a sale. Would not reccomend
