I love Lush. The customer service is some of the best I’ve encountered, and the products are perfect for pampering. A must go for girlie birthday presents, even if the prices are a little high.

Another great thing is that you can buy anything from, teeny tiny bars of soap to huuuuge chunks!

One thing that puts me off from going into Lush is the choking sweet-flowery aroma that comes from the store. But beliee me, once you are inside, it doesnt smell that bad at all. Lush do really nice bath bombs and shower gels(my favourite is yuki-oh and flying fox). The good thing is that the staff are really helpful and friendly, and there are always new peoducts to try. the bad side is that, the staff can be very edgy if you try and return something. On occasions in the past, I have gifts for my friends and family which they cannot exchange, even thought its within 14 days of purchase. Not very good policy, because if people dont like a particular smell, then they wont use the product and it will go to waste. The products are also very costly, so a lot of unnecessary money did go to waste and the recipients of my gifts were not at all happy. i stopped buying gifts from Lush.

I remember getting bath products and make up from a company called Cosmetics to go that little company turned into Lush and the stuff is just brilliant. Lush make some lovely soaps and bath bombs which I can guarantee most woman would be more than happy to receive. You can smell the shop long before you get to it and when it comes into view the vivid colours also draw you in.
