Visited: 4÷5÷12 Lunchtime. Felt very welcomed by staff, and I presume the manager. Helpful, polite, and smiles. Food was goood. I particularly liked the chunky chips. I had the gammon, and egg, no faults. Wife had a chicken burger, which she also enjoyed. We fought over her remaining chips. The funiest conversation on our visit: Waitress: Can I get you any other sauces? Me: Yes please, Can I have some French mustard? Waitress: Sorry, we don’t have any as the menu has changed. It didn’t affect my meal, but funny all the same. I can recommend the place. Food good, Service good. Clean place too.

Used to love this place. We went recently and was disappointed. A woman (customer) in the corner was tutting because we had dared to walk in with a child.
Service was not good. The plastic flower we were given as a table number left a lot to be desired. They forgot a main meal and my friends pie was cold. Given a glass with a crack in it and the toilets were not very clean. Overall not a great experience.

What a shame! This was our local, for either a cosy drink or relaxing meal. The change has taken away all of that. My husband and i went friday eve for a drink and there was only one table to sit at, this was where we would not normally sit. However my friend’s and i had a meal thursday lunch which was lovely, but once again the seating area not comfortable.
