They have some really good prices. I usualy buy canvases and oil paint from them, but once I even ended up buying a pet bed and loads of DVDs as they were such a bargain. The also have many cheap books. The drawing and painting accesories are good and cheap. Might be usefull for a student tight on money :)

Always handy to have in a town, full of bargains! They do children’s books, arty stuff, stationary, etc. At Christmas and birthdays can always guarrantee to find a suitable present. Great shop if your on a budget or just love a bargain!

This store is not very big, although it stretches back further than you think. They have cheap books, some stationary, a few toys etc. Its worth going in to see what they have, but i wouldn’t say it was that up to date with books or has a brilliant choice, buts it good for a bargain.

This store can be found next to Primark in Kingfisher and fairly close to Waterstones. I like this store and often buy things from it, but I would not class it as a book store in the same way Waterstones is. It does not sell chart books and I have only ever seen new release books on the odd occasion. What it does offer however is a good range of books at good prices, it has a good childrens section. They also do art materials again at good prices and last weekend I noticed some Christmas singing teddies. Worth a look as does have good prices
