Pizza Hut

The only reason it gets one star is because I have no way to give it none!
Seriously what is wrong with all these franchises in this country!!! I’m English through and through but I’ve spent a lot of time in the states, the food there is always consistent and if by some crazy mess up it isn’t it’s replaced immediately and you also get it taken off your bill! Over here the food is always bad and they make you feel horrible for complaining when it’s your right to have good food that you paid a lot of money for! There is absolutely no customer service in this country and the food is massively overpriced for what you get!
Pizza Hut you should seriously be ashamed of yourself for the standard of food your producing now, it’s absolutely disgusting and I’m actually suprised you haven’t folded in this current climate. People deserve better! People deserve to get hot delicious tasty pizza! They work hard and choose to spend they’re hard earned money with you, the least you could do is give them what they have paid for. All we get is attitude when we rightfully complain!!! I spent £33 on pizza last Friday and it was barely edible. It was the driest most flavourless pizza I’ve had in a long time with barely any cheese! It’s meant to be fresh and tasty not dry and tasteless!!!
The sad thing is you get away with it time after time because we the customer are made to feel bad when we complain, if everyone stood up to these corporate giants and refused to eat the crap they sell maybe just maybe they’d start selling decent food like they do in the states…
My guess is crap pizza time after time…

i love pizza hut in reigate they deliver fast the order is always right and they are always very friendly, they may be a bit pricey but you pay for the quality and service 5 star rating from me

Agree completely with the previous review. Order arrived with wrong items and then no replacements available. You’re better off sticking to take-​home pizzas from the local supermarket.

This franchise store tends to serve very inconsistent food. Out of all the pizza hut takeaways i have been to this is definantly the worse one. The food sometimes comes all wrong and this can cause problems if you are hungry. Going in to the store, the service is not the best.
