I dined here on a Sunday on the £9.95 menu. I ordered a goats cheese and onion ‘hot baked’ wrap. Oddly when it game the wrap itself was hot, but the filling in the middle was cold. It was very strange — I imagined it to be melted goats cheese. I asked the waitress if it was meant to be that way and she took it off to ‘get it melted’. She took my whole plate — which I didn’t like. It meant that my partner was eating his meal(I didn’t expect him to let it go cold) whilst I just sat their awkwardly waiting. She’d said it would only be 2 minutes — but it took closer to 10. Luckily they brought me a fresh plate of food or I’d of been pretty annoyed! The taste of the wrap was really nice, but the texture very strange. Even the now ‘melted’ wrap didn’t have fully melted cheese and I didn’t like it like that. But it did taste nice — the goats cheese/pesto combination was great. The coleslaw was amazing! Lovely and creamy. We had milkshakes instead of desert — both very nice. The food here was OK — but rather standard and a tad overpriced. Particularly if you aren’t dining on the offer menu. Nothing was particularly bad, but it just wasn’t great either. No wow factor. I probably wouldn’t go back and not sure it would be somewhere I’d recommend with there being some great restaurants in Glasgow — many of which I think are better value for money.

I love American type restaurants such as TGIs ect so was keen to eat here. I’ve been twice over last few years and both times been disappointed. Very overpriced food considering it tastes the same as any cheap pubs. Staff aren’t very welcoming and a manager seemed very annoyed with us(not her staff) when our order wasn’t what we had asked for. Would never recommend unless you have a craving for crap food and bitter looking women haha !!

Quick late lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, very friendly greeting no problem getting table. Menu looked inviting, £6.98 for one course or £8.95 two courses. My Cousin had two courses, pulled pork parcels for starters & cajun chicken wrap with skinny fries for main she asked for extra jalepenos, this was no problem and was delighted with both courses very tasty and well presented. Me I went for Barbecue pulled pork wrap, the fries were very crisp hot and well salted it was all very yummy and good portion size. We both had wine spritzer, Cousin has very particular likes with her spritzer again no problem and delivered as requested from very cheery server. A very pleasant catch up will definitely return.

Couldn’t quite persuade my friends to hit Handmade Burger Co. so this was a decent alternative. Menu looks like you might imagine it would, with pizzas, burgers and steaks etc with a good cocktail list. Nice comfy booths(verging on the side of being cramped) with good service. My burger was actually fantastic, but. not as good as the guys just across the way. A good shout if you’re prepared to pay on the heavy side for yer grub where the portion sizes don’t quite add up. If it’s a burger you’re after though and you’re in Braehead. there’s only one place to be.
