Why have you found yourself at this Unicorn Harvester? Because you live near it or know someone who does. I’ve been here 3 times before I sat down to write this review and here are my thoughts: Food: I find the food typically British. On the menu, you’ll find some burgers, chicken, fish, ribs, and steak. Nothing stands out on the menu, but my friends just go for the sake of the salad bar. There are normally 8 – 10 items to choose from and lots of fatty toppings and dressing to go on top! Yum! I have to admit, I get a bit sad when they’re out of certain items at the salad bar. One tip: if you’re waiting in the pub, don’t order the lemonade there. It just tastes watered-down, and even the servers agree. Get it from the restaurant side. Service: It’s a very typical restaurant service. The waiters and waitresses are nice and they smile at you most of the time, but if they have long shifts, they don’t have the patience. That’s fine by me. I don’t understand the need to use a smart phone to write down our orders. 2 out of 3 times, the waitress looked very lost when punching in our order. Atmosphere: Upon walking in, you’re just excited, hungry and everything smells delicious — you’d want to get table, put your things down and run to the salad bar. But when we have to wait in the bar area, it smells of urine. Perhaps it’s time for a deep clean of the carpet, maybe?
