Hemingway’s

There was a time, not long ago, when i feared that Rothwell would totally lose it’s identity and become just another soulless suburb but thanks to Hemingway’s (and a few others) it lives to fight another day.
Hemingway’s is a rather lovely butchers and deli serving absolutely delicious deli food as well as mouthwatering hot and cold sandwiches made with proper fresh bread and, as you should be able to expect from a butcher, really lovely fresh tasty meats. The prices are pretty reasonable and they open early for that essential breakfast bite. I notice they also do local deliveries but I’ve not had reason to try that.
I’m so glad this place has opened in my town because it means I get to eat great food and my belief in proper old fashioned values and enterprise remains intact.
