I asked three local firms to quote for new doors and windows, and Mick Tuckey impressed me the most. He was not the cheapest, but appeared to know a great deal about this business. He came personally (rather than despatching a salesman) and made some very useful suggestions that added subtle improvements that I had not thought of, and his was the only one of the three firms that displayed that level of knowledge or understanding. I did not use the other firms, so I have not named them here.
The workmanship was good, with only one item that needed resolving, which was attended to promptly.
Mick Tuckey was recommended to me, and I would do the same.
