Les came out to fit a new tap at my Mum’s house. He quoted GBP55/​hr and on the phone he said he thought he could do the job in less than an hour. It turned out to take longer than an hour but in the process he identified another problem which had been causing low water pressure throughout the house for a long time. He fixed that problem in addition to fitting the tap, taking him something over 2 hours all up, but he still only charged us for 1 hour as that was what he’d quoted on the phone.
He is a knowledgeable and competent plumber and we’ll definitely go back to him in the future.
