A bit like going to your school friend’s house.
A totally charming little tea room with a really homely feel. Perfect for tea and cake, though they offer full lunches. If the weather is good, ask to sit in the little back garden. Bliss.

I think this is the most popular place for me when visiting Rye. Most of the times I have been me and my family have ended up here for lunch. Reasonable prices meet friendly staff and some good meals! Have a light lunch or a dinner style meal, coffees and teas. Cream Tea is great here! Well worth it every time.
