I have found them really good for repairs. Admittedly there is not a lot on offer here but then how much can you cram into a small shop?

I would definitely say that this shop is very poor and disappointing. Firstly, considering this computer shop was near to town, you would of thought it would be good, however they hardly have any items for sale and/​or too pricey. The customer service in there is very bad, and they seem really unfriendly and unhelpful. If, there was a near by Currys store or another computer store, near by I would definitely consider going there instead.

Useless! Thats the best word to sum this place up. I bought a PC off them, they offered a years support, in that year, it was in there shop for repair more than in my house. They lost all my information on the PC, were rude, slow and unhelpful. There prices are over inflated! You would be better off going to PC world, really!
