If it’s possible these days to describe something as a traditional shoe shop and mean it as a compliment then this is one.
Good service and quite a surpising wide range, including those new ‘Healthy Feet’ things that seem to be all the rage at the moment — like MBT and Fitflops, I’d love to try them out.
They even have an appointment system to arrange for a fitting — bit like a personal shopper for your feet!

Hoads have 2 shoe shops in the town. One caters for adults and the other for children. Both stores are easy to access and there is a wide choice of footwear in both shops. Prices seem a bit steep but there really isnt any other quality shoe shop in the town! The kids love going there as the staff are always really lovely and make the children feel welcome. Shoes are all well known brands which are good qualiy and made to last. Staff are well trained to measure and fit so you know you are being well looked after.
