Beres Pork Shop

I first came here last year when my boyfriend was showing me around his hometown of Sheffield and he was craving a Roast Pork Sandwich. Having lived in London my whole life and not having eaten pork products for the first 20 years of my life, I hadn’t really come across a shop that specialised in pork and sausages like this! He told me to get a sandwich with everything — which consists of roast pork (freshly roasted and cut when needed), dripping, apple sauce, crackling and stuffing. Words can’t really describe how amazing this sandwich is but trust me, if you’re in the Sheffield area you MUST stop by this or any other of their shops for a sandwich!
We were back in Sheffield again last week and so we had to go back, and then went back the next day! The first time I got the normal size sandwich and it was pretty filling. And so the next day I decided to go for the king size which is the same size roll (or breadcake) but just with more pork, how can you go wrong! And, the price is incredibly reasonable, the one with extra filling still cost less than £3!
I’ve also tried the sausage roll, pork pie and potted beef, and yes, all yummy! I can’t wait to come back!
