Boost Juice Bars

I called in Boost, to grab a free smoothie to celebrate the birth of the royal baby, as the company offered 25 free Strawberry drinks to celebrate the birth.
I would never come here through my own choice, yes their drinks are nice but I’d never pay nearly £5 for a smoothie. They do have a loyalty scheme where you get a free drink for every 9 you buy and on your birthday, but this costs 20p for one card and for every replacement and you can’t get a key fob.
The portion was quite nice for free and I enjoyed my drink, you could taste the apple juice and some fresh ingredients.
The staff seemed okay, they didn’t offer any conversation as it was empty and they made my smoothie, not even asking if I was okay, a little disappointing.

My drinks were nice but the pricing is awful and the customer service from head office needs improving. The price alone and ridiculous loyalty scheme is enough to drop a few stars of the rating, the quality saves it a little but because of the high price and no seating area, a 2 star rating is the highest I can give but it would easily get 4 if the pricing was so much more customer friendly and had seating, I am surprised to see a younger audience be a very popular lover of these drinks when they are so expensive, it is like only the rich, health fanatics and staff can afford them (and birthday boys and girls!)
