The sales staff are good, the service side leaves a lot to be desired at this garage. MOT, services and minor repairs are adequate, anything more and you could have problems.
The issues range from getting a «repair» done and then 10 minutes later another fault occurring on the drive home, to actively patronising you and not wanting to book in tricky repairs.
If the basic customer service was higher this would be a much better establishment. As it is the way you get treated depends on which member of staff you deals with you. As for the work itself it is VERY hit and miss.
