Has gone really off the tracks in the last 6 mmonths or so. Used to be very chilled and relaxed but now appears to be frequented by too many people who seem a little bit intoxicated to say the least. The music is generally of a dancey persuassion but that too seems to be getting worse as time goes by. Pretty expensive too for a pub that is not in the city centre. Has a largish garden at the back which would benefit from some TLC as would the toilets.

A bit off the beaten track but a good starting point or finishing point for a pub crawl on London road. It has a late license. Always a good atmosphere. Good range of beers. Friendly bar staff. Hosts great live music on a regular basis as well as DJ’s. Attracts all kinds of people. Definitely worth a visit.
