I was very pleased with the standards of the company. The customer care levels are obviously top priority and I felt extremely well looked after. After the purchase of my new XF2.7 twin turbo diesel Premium Luxury, I would fully recommend Hatfields Sheffield, to any of my friends, colleagues and relatives. For many years i previously owned BMW cars and was incredibly impressed with the dealer service. Since replacing to a jaguar, Threw Hatfields my views on customer service at BMW changed immensely. Very stuck up people, not what you would expect from a company you might be about to spend 50−60k with. I’m not really into Jags as they are a bit old mannish, but went in recently to view the new XKR, the XKR is as you would expect, very jaguarish but a move in the right direction for jaguar. Although it was a saturday and I was dressed very casually the dealer staff treated me like I was some kind of dreamer and were slightly condesending until they found out what I drive at the moment. Then their attitude changed as they realised I might be a serious buyer. I think their customers are typical golf club pringle types, who think they are something special.
