Once a month (usually around pay day) we treat ourselves to fish and chips. I jump off the bus from work and join the people in the queue for their Friday night tea. We always have the same, not because we are creatures of habit but because the fish and chips from here are lovely.
I always ask for 2 lightly battered cod and no matter how busy they are it is never too much trouble to put our order in the fryer.
Service is always quick and the staff are always smiling, the portions are huge too!
So if you are fancying a fish supper in this area then I recommend Intake Fisheries

I have stopped by here a couple of times and enjoyed the Haddock and chips. Freshly caught fish (One of the only shops in Sheffield) and reasonably priced. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and polite. Worth a visit if you are in the area

Greasy food, tastless sickly kebab meat, very expensive £1.95 for a fish cake buttie. This place is over rated go further down the road to Alberts they are much better.
Plus i’ve had food posioning from here on 2 occasions, one from a fish and other from a fish cake.
